Pamela Barnes Clarence Boswell Elementary Aubundale, Florida Project: Read and Ride Pamela Barnes, the Media Specialist at Clarence Boswell Elementary School in Auburndale, FL, will fund the project: “Read and Ride” to incorporate stationary bikes with a desk top area for students to read while they ride.

Jan Bennitt Godby High School Tallahassee, Florida Project: Future Educator's Association (FFEA) "Ignite the Light: Teach!” Jan Bennitt a Retired Teacher and Advocate for Teachers through DKG will work with students at Godby High School in Tallahassee, FL, to support the school’s Future Educator’s Association (FFEA) with “Ignite the Light: Teach!”

Tanisha Drummond Cunningham WK Bryan Elementary School North Miami, Florida Project: Reading Our Way to Game Day Tanisha Drummond Cunningham, Principal at WJ Bryan Elementary School in North Miami, FL, will implement a project titled: “Reading Our Way to Game Day.” Students will read to be awarded a chance to participate in a gamification incentive activity with a visit to the Gaming Truck-Gamers on the Block.

Shawna-Mae Lancaster Warren Belleview-Santos Elementary Bellview, FL Project: Drumming Up Enthusiasm for Physical Movement Shawna-Mae Lancaster Warren, an Assistant Principal K-5, at Belleview-Santos Elementary School in Belleview-FL, received funding for “Drumming Up Enthusiasm for Physical Movement” to purchase materials and licenses for “Hey!” (a beginning bucket drumming course) and “Dancing to the Beat of Drums” course.
